Karen's woodland-themed writing hideaway is filled with original artwork and natural treasures Karen has collected from around the property.
Karen writes her first drafts here by hand, either sitting in one of the comfy chairs facing the woods, or working at the river table desk made by her husband. With no Internet, it’s a wonderful place for students to write without distraction. It’s also a great place simply to sit and think. In silence, a writer truly can discover his or her voice.
